民進黨總統當選人蔡英文昨（7）日親自召開「黨政協調會議」，決定每周召開以黨、黨團加上共同交接小組為主要成員；520之後再納入行政系統。蔡英文也拍板，本月在立法院8個委員會設置對應的政策小組，由資深黨籍立委擔任召集人，協調行政、立法的工作。
蔡英文擔任黨主席以來，固定每周一召開「重大議題協調會報」，邀請立院黨團、智庫成員討論重大議題。隨著520逼近，為加速黨政及交接事務協調，並仿效上次綠色執政時期，民進黨常態舉行的「黨政協調會報」，蔡英文上周三即決定，本周啟動「黨政協調會議」。
昨天包括智庫秘書長林全、秘書長吳釗燮、前秘書長林錫耀、副秘書長劉建忻，以及黨團總召柯建銘、幹事長吳秉叡、書記長陳亭妃、內政委員會召委陳其邁等人均出席。
民進黨新聞輿情部主任黃重諺會後轉述，會中拍板未來「黨政協調會議」運作方式與原則，該會議每周一中午召開，520前，成員以黨、黨團、政權交接小組為主，520後加入行政系統。
黃重諺說，近期黨團將依立院8個委員會成立8個政策小組，目前委員會立委是當然成員，但每位黨籍立委可另擇一個有興趣的政策小組加入，也就是「1＋1」原則，各小組推派一位召集人，召集人除了必須對所屬政策領域有一定了解，且須擔負起行政、立法間的協調工作。
柯建銘表示，基本上召集人須是各委員會內，最資深前兩名立委，預計本月組成，投入黨政協調會議運作。
