第14屆總統副總統就職府外慶祝大典，今天十一點不到登場，總統蔡英文、副總統陳建仁進場時，軍方禮砲連配合樂儀隊鳴放21響禮砲，禮炮以每3秒鐘1發，表達對國家元首最崇高的敬意。
蔡英文、陳建仁隨即在屏東縣地磨兒國小合唱團及景美、南投拔河隊領唱下，全程唱國歌。蔡英文成為第一位台灣女總統、第二位民進黨總統，台灣也邁入第三次政黨輪替。
